Overview

These terms apply when you use Metro Football at metrofootball.co.uk. They cover:

• Our website, tools, and reports
• Your Metro Football account and any premium plan
• How we expect you to use the service

By using Metro Football, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We write this in plain language so you know what you are signing up for.

Eligibility

To use Metro Football you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have permission from a parent or guardian if you are under 18 and your local law requires it
• Provide accurate account details when you register
• Not be barred from using the service under applicable law

Metro Football is built for Fantasy Premier League managers. We do not guarantee that the service is available in every country.

Your account

When you create a Metro Football account, you agree to:

1. Keep your login details private and not share them with anyone else
2. Tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission
3. Take responsibility for activity that happens under your account unless you told us about unauthorised access
4. Give us a valid email address so we can send account and billing messages

You can update your details or delete your account from your account settings. If you need help, contact us through our contact page.

Using the service

Metro Football gives you tools and reports to help with Fantasy Premier League decisions. You may use the service for personal, non commercial FPL management.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or repackage our tools or reports
• Scrape, copy, or bulk download data from the site without our written permission
• Try to bypass access limits, paywalls, or security controls
• Use the service in a way that harms Metro Football, other users, or third party systems

Some tools need a linked FPL team or a premium plan. We may change which features are free or paid over time. We will always show pricing clearly before you subscribe.

FPL data

When you link your Fantasy Premier League team, this is what happens:

1. We store your FPL entry ID in your Metro Football account.
2. We read public FPL data to power tools such as Rate My Team, live scores, and transfer suggestions.
3. We never ask for your FPL password.
4. You can change or remove your linked team from your account settings at any time.

FPL data comes from public sources and from the official Fantasy Premier League service. We do not control that data and we cannot guarantee it is always complete, accurate, or up to date.

Metro Football is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.

Premium plans

Premium plans work like this:

1. You choose a plan on our pricing page and pay through Flutterwave, our payment partner.
2. Your plan renews on the billing cycle shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
3. Prices include applicable taxes where we are required to collect them.
4. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account billing area.

Refunds are handled case by case. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.

We may change plan prices for future billing periods. If a price change affects your subscription, we will tell you before it takes effect and you can cancel if you do not agree.

AI and reports

Some Metro Football features use automated analysis or AI to suggest transfers, rate squads, or summarise gameweeks. You should treat all output as guidance, not a guarantee.

• AI tips and scores are based on available data at the time they are generated
• Reports may include predictions that do not come true
• Past performance does not promise future results in FPL or in real football
• You remain responsible for your own team picks, transfers, and chip decisions

We work to keep our models and reports useful, but we do not promise that any suggestion will score more points or beat your mini league rivals.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit to Metro Football, such as support messages, saved squad notes, or league tracking choices.

By submitting content, you give us a limited licence to store, display, and process it only so we can run the service. For example:

• We store your saved squad drafts so you can open them again
• We read your support message so we can reply
• We use squad context to generate AI tips when you request them

We do not claim ownership of your FPL team or your personal messages beyond what we need to operate Metro Football.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Metro Football. That includes:

• Posting or sending abusive, harassing, or unlawful content
• Attempting to disrupt the site with excessive requests, bots, or automated scripts
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with Metro Football
• Uploading malware or trying to access areas of the site you are not permitted to use
• Using the service to break any law or third party rights

If we believe you have broken these rules, we may suspend or close your account, remove content, or block access without prior notice where needed to protect the service or other users.

Availability

We aim to keep Metro Football running smoothly, especially around FPL deadlines. Still, the service is provided as is and as available.

• We may carry out maintenance that limits access for a short time
• Third party outages, including FPL or payment providers, can affect some features
• We may add, change, or retire tools and reports as the product evolves

We will try to give reasonable notice before we remove a major feature that paying subscribers rely on, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access at all times.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Metro Football is not responsible for FPL rank changes, lost mini league bets, or any football results
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, except where the law does not allow us to limit that liability
• Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim, or £100 if you have not paid for a plan

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable law says those rights cannot be limited.

Termination

You may stop using Metro Football at any time. You can also delete your account from your account settings.

We may suspend or end your access if:

1. You break these terms or our acceptable use rules
2. Your payment fails and you do not fix it within a reasonable period
3. We must do so to comply with law or protect the service

When your account ends, your right to use premium features stops at the end of your current billing period unless we end access immediately for a serious breach.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our features, pricing, or legal duties change. When we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where needed, tell you by email or inside your account.

If you keep using Metro Football after the updated terms take effect, that means you accept the new version. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and cancel any active plan.
